Ball Security Failures and Impact to subsequent touches?

Expanding on posts made earlier today. Can anyone explain the logic of coaches' reactions to players involved in turnovers, and the players' subsequent action?

1. TMac fumbles in the early 3Q, stripped by a future NFL DT, and never sees the field the remainder of the game.

2. Henri Murphy let's a shoulda-caught ball slip through his hands, resulting in a pick-6. He returns to play and is thrown to in a later series, according to the play chart.

3. (A week earlier, and with lesser consequences) JJ throws an INT right to an ODU defender. (Fuente later said he got greedy.). He has several other cases where he throws passes up for grabs (e.g. the Peoples' TD v. ODU). He's not missed a series of any consequence. [Note JJ, considering the number of touches he's had, gets high marks for ball security.]

My question is why does TMac's fumble draw a more harsh reaction from the coaches than the other instances? Did he lose a fumble earlier this season?
He's clearly the best homerun-hitter among the RBs, and one of the key playmaking threats we have.

Is a fumble a more egregious offense than a lapse in catch-concentration or an ill-advised pass into coverage?
