Miami's QB is decent but very streaky. I remember watching the Duke game thinking "oh damn, they finally have a real QB." He was slinging it all over the field with amazing accuracy. I think he opened the game 9-9 or 10-10. Then Coach Cutt started blitzing and he turned to dog poo. He's also not a runner so I'm not worried about the 100yd game when plays break down.

I think people are discounting just how bad FSU is without Francois. Miami, the 12th ranked team, had to score on a last second play against their biggest rival, who's unranked and flailing around like a balloon that got away while being filled.
