I think he would be a good hire there and a lot of Nebraska fans would love his style of offense. It's not the style of offense that Nebraska used to run that is near and dear to the hearts of many Cornhusker fans, but incorporates some similarities and has a similar overall philosophy. Plus, I think Nebraska would do better recruiting for that type of scheme than they have done trying to fill West Coast, Balanced Spread, or Pro Style systems in more recent years. I would also be happy if he could get Ted Roof to come with him too as DC.

I would also have a lot of interest in Bob DeBesse (New Mexico) for the next OC at Nebraska if they go a different direction for the HC. DeBesse should be a targeted OC for power conference schools, although I haven't heard his name floated much yet.
