Of course you can recruit for that system.

You're not going to recruit Peyton Manning to run it, though, so if you're a school that wants to find the next Peyton Manning, you're not going to go with such a system. I would be shocked if Tennessee was interested in Paul Johnson...I'm not suggesting that they might hire him...however, I also think he would be successful at that type of school if he were to go there.
