How "coaches" handled the big stage in Saturday night’s loss versus how "team " handled it

changing the context about coaches versus players- not quoting:
I thought they handled the environment pretty well. We do have a few guys that have not participated on a big stage before!
I think part of our challenge now, and I’ll use Bud & Charlie as an examples, but to get our young coaches up to the level of competitiveness and toughness that Bud & Charlie have displayed this entire year. We’ve got to find a way to get the less experienced coaches, to rise up and understand what it takes to win a game, or a game against really elite people, and I’m hoping or trying to cultivate that through our coaching staff so they are all out there contributing.

I would like to see the recognition from CJF that the coaching was part of the stage fright VT had on Saturday
