“It appears we’re maybe asking too much,” offensive coordinator Robert Anae said. “If you’re a receiver, maybe you should be offended by that, that a team is asking too much for you to catch the ball.”
Anae is calling out the offense for a lack of execution: “We are putting a lot of pressure on Kurt,” a disgruntled Anae barked with all the disdain of a pit bull awakened from its sleep. “We put a lot of pressure on him to make the right decisions at the right time to manage the protection. I’m pleased with the way he’s managing the hesitancy of the other 10 guys on offense.”
He calls out the receivers and the OL specifically, and alludes to changes to the lineup to weed out underperformers. I personally like holding people accountable, and with little to lose at this point, I would welcome mixing up the personnel for the Miami game.
