go to NCSU (from a non-ACC school immediately.

He went to class, but didn't play, as coach got booted before the season. NCAA denied eligibility then flipped. This kid hasn't played, so I'm not sure how the ACC rules apply, if at all. IIRC, ACC just doubles the NCAA time rule. If NCAA says he can play now, not sure if ACC will deny it. I assume there may be more to it.
