Head coach job rankings

I had been giving this some thought a few weeks back but never posted, but with all the talk of how VT compares to other schools from a job perspective I figured I would post. Here are my thoughts as to the school rankings for most desired places to coach at. These are just one guys guesses and are definitely wrong and debatable, so tell me what you think.

A+ (6)
These are schools that should be able to pull from any other school (even if they don't always act that way), except other A+ schools and special circumstances such as a coach who is at his alma matter and won't move for nothing. (Listed alphabetically)
Alabama
Ohio State
LSU
Michigan
Southern Cal
Texas

A (10)
These schools are usually pretty safe from poaching but not impervious. They also have the clout to poach each other and of course schools ranked below them (Listed alphabetically)
Auburn
Clemson
Florida
FSU
Georgia
Notre Dame (they may be A-, but the media keeps em at an A)
Oklahoma
Penn State
Stanford
Texas A&M
UCLA

A- (10)
Susceptible to get poached but the situation still has to be right. Can poach each other and even A schools under the right circumstances. This list may be fluid with the B+ schools depending any current circumstances. (Listed alphabetically)
Arkansas
Miami
Michigan State
Mississippi State
Ole Miss
Oregon
Tennessee
Virginia Tech
Wisconsin
Washington

B+ (12)
Surely susceptible from other schools, but still a pretty good setup with enough clout to attract good candidates (Listed alphabetically)
Arizona
Arizona State
Cal
Colorado
Georgia Tech
Iowa
NC State
Nebraska
North Carolina
TCU
Washington State
West Virginia

Not ranking below this (mostly because I am too lazy to) but if you didn't make this list you are a B school or below.
