down low are corporate seats. They were selected before the open re-seating was initiated. As I've posted several times on here, there were 1383 seats blocked off before re-seating for the HC/AthDept and contractual obligations. 306 were for ADA. Once those seats (1077) awarded, what the owners of those seats do with them is their business. The situation was exacerbated by the abrupt discontinuation of the Hokie Ticket Share program.
Several of my sources tell me that Buzz is perturbed about the empty seats. Whit & Co made these decisions, and now they have to live with the consequences. With the corporate mentality of the AthDept, they sold the tickets, and their job is done.
Now, with Will's forbearance, I will continue to post this information every time someone complains about empty seats. I agree with you, Oregon, it's a bad look. However, the current administration made the decisions that have brought us to the place.
