They don't want to fire him. He steps out and looks at jobs


it seems every single year. At some point, they're going to quit trying to retain him. I think this is a mutual thing, but it's not like he's being run out of town. This is way more on Jimbo than anyone else. He's going to leave, and they won't be sad to see him go.
