Agree and disagree


So I agree that level of accuracy isn't really needed but a lot of scale provide it anyway - it doesn't cost the manufacturer more money to configure where the decimal place displays.

On the other topic It really depends on the officer that was working the scene. Officers are humans, they make mistakes, some are hardasses, some are junior, and some just have bad days (I like to think most are good people doing good work but like every profession there are some screwed up officers too). They absolutely use discretion; however, they definitely work to put together the best case possible and usually apply as many charges as possible - then allow the prosecutor to make the decision of what is strong enough to move to trial. If they find multiple items that "could" be relevant they absolutely will capture them as evidence (to include a kitchen scale). So not sure how my statement would be offensive to my family but whatever makes you happy You have been on a roll with assumptions today so feel free to judge my statements with the worst intentions.
