Annapolis is a fun place for social activities the night before the game, there is plenty of touristy stuff for those not inclined to nightlife, the pre-game activities were fun and well organized, and the stadium is the perfect size for a bowl game (and thus not half-empty with no energy). And the weather really cooperated that day.

Other than the Sugar Bowl, it was probably my favorite experience of the 10+ bowls I’ve been to.
