ESPN owns all but 5 bowl games now which may be part of the problem now.
AutoNation Cure Bowl (CBSSN), Foster Farms Bowl (Fox), San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl (FS1), Hyundai Sun Bowl (CBS), and Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl (CBSSN)
By having more networks involved, then it should make the overall product better. Plus, I have noticed quite a few bowl games have been blowouts. Given that is the only college football game on TV at the time, I have found myself flipping over to something non-sports related than another bowl game. Since I am at work during the day, I am not going to take the time to watch a replay when I get home after work especially when I know the final score. Even games that start between 5-5:30pm I find myself not watching because I usually get home around halftime or the start of the 3rd Quarter and I am not a big fan of tuning into a live athletic event after it has already started. The VT bowl game will probably be the only game I watch on replay because I will be at work and on the road while it is going on. Then again, I am assuming that I get no info on the game until I get to watch the replay at my destination.
