I think he exploded out of the gate....but hit his ceiling really fast. I think his weaknesses really showed themselves down the stretch.

You don't expect a RF to be perfect, but you should see "flashes" of his potential. I havent' seen them. He doesn't have the foot speed to make up for his very average passing ability.

Looking at the entire season's body of work, his accuracy is very average, has good escapability, but doesn't do much after he escapes...can't throw on the run etc. Deep ball leaves a lot to be desired. In short, he's just not a playmaker. He's an Al Clark type of QB.

I'm starting to come around to the possibility that the coaches may want to start rebuilding with a playmaker under center next year. It could be a step back in terms of wins in the short term, but bigger/more wins down the road.
