I'm an average simple guy with a job that isn't easy and three kids that demand a lot of my attention. I love Virginia Tech probably more than I should and Tech sports provide a major outlet in my life. The truth is that I need to find another outlet because relying on Tech is a dangerous path. It's hard because I love my school and want them to play a major role in my sports life, but it's a dangerous walk. Just yesterday I walked into a restaurant in Florida wearing my Tech hoodie and had two people say, "Go Hokies". I felt proud to be a graduate of a school I love, but it's so hard to watch the game last night and feel like we could be more. I hope that I never lose my passion for my school and its' sports teams, but it's so painful when I know that we could be so much more. Go Hokies!
