Buzz is a clothes hound. He likes clothes. Navy suits are very common/popular. He started wearing vests because people complained about his sweating and it helps cover it on his shirts. He opted for an orange lining as it is one of VTs colors. He didn’t purposely buy a “UVA suit”. Seriously people.
