Few if any science or medicine is "proven."
So at what point does one decide that the evidence is sufficient enough to act? Dr. Patrick leaves that up to the individual. That is not promotion nor is it "bro science." She's not a bro. She's a woman, she's a scientist, she discusses science, she discusses it in a way that is intelligent, and none of the topics are about beefing up or any other "bro" type stuff. How that gets called "bro science" is beyond me.
I suppose you feel that no science should ever be communicated unless it's "proven"? If so, then little, if any science would ever be communicated. We will all keep eating a diet high in carbs, low in fat, and keep getting heart disease, diabetes, etc. We'll continue walking around fat because, well, there wasn't enough science out there for Manbearpig to declare it "proven."
