And again, in a one game setting, anything can happen. I'm not saying UCF could NOT beat Alabama. But let's just say I wouldn't bet on UCF to beat BOTH Clemson AND Alabama in consecutive games. Depth also becomes a factor when you're playing teams like that consecutively (and on a week in and week out basis).
