but even if things started to go seriously wrong with the team/program his contract pretty much prevents him from being fired. There's a huge buyout for VT to fire Buzz, and a very small buyout for Buzz to leave VT for another school. He's taken us a long way as a program so this is a moot point at this time, but we're married to Buzz whether we like it or not. And if you look at our basketball history, I'm very grateful for Whit's decision.
