So how do we help our kids make wiser decisions to prevent so many players from leaving early and not getting the draft result wanted?

Recently, the MAJORITY of early departures have been TRAIN WRECKS, that hurt the player, the player's family, our team, our school, and college football in general, assuming this is also happening at other schools.

I think the Status-Quo is failing, and would like some solid suggestions if anyone has any good ideas.
