When you are a public person you have to accept that you may get criticism along with praise. Do you feel there is no point in criticizing politicians or a CEO or a judge or an NFL coach etc since its not going to 'change their mind'? .
As for Sean Glennon puhlease. If he ended up hating VT (which you are obv wrong about btw) because of the "reaction of a few fans" then thats just laugh out loud funny. A story in a muckraking rag like the WP offers no credibility to that position. Thats just sensationalism.
