trying to score and trying to push tempo. He could easily have a definition of leadership that makes him think he has to put the team on his shoulder. The thing is leadership is really about running the team, getting the ball to the right people at the right time..it is about managing the game. Stopping people from going crazy. Alot of people don't know how to lead or what it means...even leaders don't always.
