You think the Saints didn't capitalize on mistakes the Vikings made? What about that crappy pass from Keenum the Saints intercepted. Without that, Vikes win - no dramatic finish needed. You think anyone could have made that catch and run? You think anyone could have made that throw? They were in a position to win with a single score. Did they not earn that? And, by the way, isn't not making mistakes part of what makes one team better than another? Besides all of that, even if Diggs had gone out of bounds, there's a great chance the Vikes would have won it with a field goal. Yep, the Vikes earned plain and simple. I'm as sorry for all of the hurt Saints fans are feeling as I am happy for the joy the Vikes fans are feeling. But the Saints can no more say they deserved to win that game than UNC fans can say they deserved to win the hurricane game against the Hokies.
