Do you really think VT is going to bow to the wishes of Liberty for the honor of playing them? If Liberty said "we will only play you on these days" Whit would laugh and ignore them.

I'd say VT has more to gain playing Liberty late in the season. People hate on the SEC for the late "cupcake" games but I think it is very smart. It is no secret losses later in the year are judged heavier.
