My son will be signing a D-2 LOI on Feb 7, I'll leave it at that till


He makes it official. Thinking about renting out our house here in bburg on Fball weekends while we are traveling watching him. Can sleep 8 comfortably.
Would 400.00 a night be unreasonable (probably higher for ND). Sleeps 8 people, comfortably it breaks down to 50 a person. 2 night min.
Thoughts??
