Is VT a non-winnable situation in Hoops?


I'm not saying VT is non-winnable. I am saying I'm worried and beginning to wonder. I just can't believe we've been this bad for this long. 1 sweet 16 in 3-4 decades? It's not like there hasn't been an attempt to win and try. We have. I simply don't understand it. Therefore, I'm asking and wanted to propose the question.
