Well, that's a daggone good question.

And I don't have the answer for it. I know UNC was lazy on some live-ball turnovers, and they allowed the trailing VT player to put back misses by the lead player on the break. That's just lazy defense.

I just looked this up ... that was UNC's 5th game in 13 days, plus it was a roadie two days after their previous game (at home). Not a *huge* deal, but I think VT was able to cash in on UNC kinda mailing it in. Roy Williams said he has had to "coach a lot of effort" this season.

Whatever ... I'll take it. It was a win over #10 in the country.
