it is definitely a pain to figure out and a lot of times on the fly. I burned my hulu free trial for the ECU game which was covered by CBS instead of ESPN, missed a basketball game because I'm out of range for CW with my antenna and just signed up for a Playstation VUE free trial for tonight. I'd be curious if the development of the ACC network through ESPN will eventual triumph over & eliminate the RSN so every game that is not on a primary ESPN network is at least available through Watch ESPN?

We generally use SlingTV's orange package at $25/month which gives access to the ESPN channels but of course the RSN's are all on the blue package. Adding them together runs $45/month and starts creeping into the "what was the point" range.
