right now, he sounds like a Minor League pitcher that throws 99 mph but can't throw strikes and those guys are a dime a dozen and typically don't do well in the Majors.
So, I don't care how hard he throws it. He must learn to be accurate and throw a catchable ball or he'll end up being one of those many QBs with a strong arm that couldn't hit his receivers.
