Yes. Every time you go back to the page, it will show the latest info.

I'm actually working on updating it so you can choose whether you want to see all VT sports or just articles on individual sports. I'm also going to do a similar project using a Twitter API that just grabs tweets about #hokies. I may end up mashing them together at some point.
