I love how they call the penalties "draconian"


THEY WON THE TITLE BECAUSE THEY CHEATED. There was no other reason they won. If you win your title by cheating, you don't get to keep that title. The reason why they're the first to vacate their title is because they were the first to be so rogue (and get caught).

They need to shut their mouths.
