Nobody has displayed the combined speed and arm strength in a single player...EVER. So if that's what people mean by "good"...that's a different conversation.

As far as being an effective quarterback, well MV wasn't even on pace for a hall of fame career in that regard. Plenty of "better" quarterbacks.

I believe if he had his head screwed on straight he could have been, but that conversation resides on the dustbin if history.
