Because the box score I see shows Deng Adel shooting 2-10; 0-3 from 3 point range. I also saw Clarke defending him quite a bit. Clarke's defense on Adel took him out of position for a few rebounds he usually gets also...which is also why Louisville had so many offensive rebounds. Kudos to Adel btw for having almost a triple double... took a tough shooting night and turned it into a win with those 8 assists. Bibbs could learn from that. (VT is 9-2 when Bibbs has multiple assists, but only 11 games where that happened...)
I also see a combined 3-14 from 3 point for Bibbs and Med, which probably takes about 2-3 assists away from Clarke as he distriubtes quite a bit from the foul line.
