VT lost at Miami, and we remained a No. 8 seed with Palm and Lunardi. In fact, Tech is the highest No. 8 seed on Bracket Matrix. No chance of a play-in game, either. Tech is closer to a No. 7 seed, or even a No. 6 seed, than a play-in game, IMO.

We haven't had this many quality wins since 2006-07, when we are 5-seed. The only thing that is keeping us from being a No. 5 or No. 4 this year is our non-conference schedule, which was quite good back in 2006-07.
