When I use the stepper at the gym, I can knock out 175 floors in about 50..
minutes and wrap up around 6 AM. Other days do 55 minutes on eliptical at a moderate setting. Goal is to maintain an average heart rate of 160 bpm for 55 minutes. I still have difficulty sleeping at night. [Post edited by scoop76cs at 03/08/2018 6:47PM]
