No, not a fraction of a penny. The paper alone will be about 2/3rds


of a cent. Add the cost of printing and you're at least at a penny and that's only if you're printing it on a VERY efficient printer. But very efficient printers run at very high speeds, and it's unlikely that you're printing a bracket on a 100 page per minute machine, so I figure you're really filching the taxpayers of Virginia for about 2 cents for every bracket you print.
