The funny thing is even being traded, TT helps teams get where they want to


go.

Even in his first year with the Bills, you knew he was a plug-in until the team could draft a "franchise" QB which at the time I was thinking would be that year. He was still there three years later, same role, under a new coaching staff. they finally made the move to get that new quarterback. Good luck with that, the guy TT beat out was EJ Manual...1st round pick.

So, TT did a great job, got them to the playoff for the first time in 17 years, too bad he didn't win one game, would have been fondly remembered for that forever.

So, it looks like Cleveland is doing the exact same thing. A realativeliy cheap placeholder until...they can draft a "franchise" QB. Odd career he's having, being the fix-it man for several franchises. Even the Bills can thank him for having enough value to get a pick for him. Browns were 0-16, nothing to lose.
