If you have decent reception outside and the problem is just...


inside your house, then you can get a repeater that has an externally mounted antenna. You put the antenna outside, wire it to the repeater inside and the repeater amplifies and rebroadcasts the signal in your house. It works bi-directionally. You would want a carrier specific one.
