Tree removal advice requested...


There is a tree that partially overhangs the property line onto my neighbor's lot, and I'd like to have this tree professionally removed. This would require the tree service to have access to the neighbor's yard. The neighbors are renters, and though we've lived next door for a while, we have not really spoken other than in passing, so we really do not know them at all. I plan to speak to them about this, but should I approach the landlord/management company first?
