I don't think Coyotes are big threats in any way. They will just run the

other way and quickly, especially if it's a little dog with a human. Now if it's a little dog and no human is present and an opportunity presents itself? I could see it being an issue.

I do think I saw a coyote for the first time a couple weeks ago in the woods. Of course, I was trying to get closer to see if I saw what I thought it did...
