What's this?

My hip is just a thobbin as they say in the south. I have two bone-on-bone


knees and a Birmingham hip reline that is finally failing. Sigh.... was hoping to get to retirement before re-working joints. May not make it. Hip comes and goes....
I can still take most of you out on a bicycle! Motion is lotion and I can do it if its not weight bearing.
Still peddle regularly.
