I think most would help. Although, I was in a similar situation on I-95


An Expedition had flipped. I came upon it just as it stopped sliding on its roof. Three of us got out and extricated the passengers through the rear window. The driver almost hugged us to death.

I was amazed how many just cruised by without any effort to see if they could help.

There was heavy smoke but no visible fire.
