I was once in full agreement with everyone who said "no" but my kid set me

straight. She worked for an upscale-ish family-owned chinese/sushi place for a brief period of time and said the bartenders would be responsible for gathering all the stuff and putting it together for you.

Sometimes it was easy peasy, others not so much. They were responsible for looking at the ticket, and then grabbing everything that the cooks made and ensuring it matched. Then they grabbed any sides and put them in containers, condiments, etc and put it all together in a way that it wouldn't be ruined on the drive home. While they were doing this, obviously bar patrons were going ignored and I'm sure their tips reflected it. Sure it sounds like a 30 second job, and I'm sure sometimes it was. I also heard of them having to go back and correct orders and it'd be a five minute job while a customer tapped their foot at the bar.

For their efforts, they rarely got tipped and, when they did, it was either over the top like $20 on a $20 order or it was "keep the change" literally. So a lot of the times if they got a tip at all, it was under .50.

Next time you're in your favorite bar and grill check out who's delivering the to-go orders. It aint the chef and it's typically not the wait staff or the hosts, who are focusing on the dining room. It's the bartenders, who are already working for tips.
