For the story in the comments where the officer had no probable cause, and if I weren't in a hurry, I would have told the Trooper he could search the vehicle once he had a warrant in hand.

Unfortunately, the first story, the cop saying he caught a whiff of weed DOES constitute probable cause, but the body cavity search on the side of the road is a bridge too far. Frickin' ridiculous.
