The LOI must be accompanied by a athletic scholie offer to be valid.

Look it up. I'm not making it up. Why would I?

It makes sense that if thete is no scholie there is no reason to sign anything. It is invalid per the NLI website. It is a specific FAQ.

I was offered a scholie in 1974. Rules are not the same, but I do know the process.

Why not look it up and find out where I'm wrong.
