There is no criteria for being a graduate of VT......

like the other hires, Whit's going to have to raise the salary offerings to get someone proven. VT facilities and support framework is great, just have to have leadership to effectively use it to raise the bar on recruiting, raise the bar on competitive winning against the ACC leaders, and obviously a NCAA tourney participant.

Like Whit's other hires. I expect a wonderful hire
