My assistant always gives me my W-2 from across the hall by the end of Jan.

I prepare my business returns and get my K-1s by the middle of March, and my wife gives me her W-2 in February. I enter it into ProSeries as I get them and have it ready by the third week in March, usually go ahead and file it, and then send the checks when they're due in Mid-April and the first of May.
