Yes they can be there, but why would they want to spend their time


where girls are 3+ years away from being able to be recruited. They will spend more time at the older age levels, where the better younger girls will likely play up, and they will spend more time at camps, etc. I think the big losers in this will be the travel tournament directors that have made hundreds of thousands of dollars convincing 10U-14U that they need to be at these tournaments to be recruited.
