CT has free bottom-shelf alcohol, less traffic, and lower minimums

The downside:

1) Duh, it's West Va
2) Their comps aren't great (then again, Maryland isn't great either) -- their taxes are relatively high, so not much margin for comps & freebies
3) Not a dump, but not sparkling either
4) Food options are middle-of-road
5) If you're into poker, the room tends to die by 1am on weekends
