Hey, are you still in AZ?


Do you golf? I put this in a post to Scottsdale Hokie on the Subscriber Board, but thought you might be interested too.

I volunteer for a charity that's doing an online auction, and a few of the items are golf foursomes at some of the public courses in AZ:

--Two Spots in the 2019 UMPS CARE Charities Golf Classic in Phoenix, AZ
--Golf and Lunch for 2 with NBA Referees at the Raven Golf Club (Phoenix, AZ)
--Superstition Springs Golf Club (Mesa, Arizona) Golf Outing for 4
--Stonecreek Golf Club (Phoenix, AZ) Golf Outing for 4
--The Legend Golf Club at Arrowhead (Glendale, AZ) Golf Outing for 4

The charity (UMPS CARE Charities, the official charity of MLB umpires) does a few events in the area so they have the relationships to get these donations ... but it's tougher to get the locals bidding on them. What that means is that the foursomes currently have zero bids (auction closes on Monday) and most of the time people can get a great deal on these golf packages.
